Kolin Hotel Spa & Convention Center

Excellent location for visiting ancient Troy and Assos next to WW1 Canakkale and Gallipoli. This is the best hotel in the area offering a complete experience - tasty breakfast and dinner options, relaxing outdoor and indoor pool areas next to two gyms, walking distance to Canakkale. We enjoyed ourselves throughly and truly felt like home. Plan to visit again.

I recently stayed at the Kolin Hotel , and overall, I was satisfied with my experience. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, which I greatly appreciated. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay enjoyable. However, I did notice one drawback. The staff at the lobby bar had limited proficiency in English, which made communication a bit challenging. While this is a minor issue, I believe a hotel of this caliber should invest in training its staff to better accommodate international guests. Overall, Kolin Hotel is a great choice for those seeking quality accommodation in Çanakkale, but it could benefit from improving the English language skills of its staff in certain areas.

The staff at the reception is very kind, willing to provide all the information you need for a pleasant stay. We had one of the best rooms (was upgraded from reception). The room has all the facilities of a 5-star hotel. One of the best mattresses we've ever slept on! You want to take it home too!

In twenty years of international business travel, no hotel has gone as far as the Kolin Otel to make a stay so memorable. Volkan's team were professional, caring and thoughtful at every stage of our stay and the facilities were outstanding. We brought colleagues together from Ankara, Istanbul and Izmir for a short-notice conference and we did not have time to facilitate every delegate's circumstances in advance. The staff at the Kolin Otel listened to our requests, developed superb options and provided a brilliant package that exceeded our requirements in every way. Among many other fantastic members of staff, Selen, Merve and Ummuhan were exceptional in the way they handled our stay. On top of this, the facilities were ideal with beautiful rooms, an excellent gym, sauna & swimming pool and wonderful dining and bar areas. I strongly recommend the Kolin Otel for anybody who may need to organise a short-notice small- to medium-sized conference.

The room was exceptionally clean, with modern amenities that made it feel very comfortable and cozy. The decor was stylish and contemporary, providing a perfect blend of functionality and aesthetics. What truly stood out was the breathtaking view of the Dardanelles, which added a magical touch to the entire experience. Waking up to such a stunning panorama every morning made our stay truly unforgettable. Every detail of the room contributed to a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere, making it a perfect retreat. Breakfast was good.
