Exceptional Stay at Kolin Hotel, Çanakkale – A True Five-Star Experience Arrival & Stay Our recent stay at the Kolin Hotel in Çanakkale has been nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted in English by Mahir with warmth, professionalism, personality and impeccable service—qualities that truly set this hotel apart. Every aspect of our visit has been first-class, rivaling even the finest five-star hotels in Dubai. The accommodation was of the highest standard—beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and designed for absolute comfort. The food was exceptional, offering a diverse and delicious selection that catered to all tastes, and the staff across the hotel were incredibly courteous and attentive. Our evening treat palette of mini fruit, sweets,cakes and biscuits was a really lovely touch and very much appreciated in our jacuzzi - whilst we soaked in the views of the Bosphorous. We really must make a special mention for Mahir at reception, whose ambassadorial skills exemplify everything that makes a hotel truly world-class. His professionalism, warmth, and dedication to guest satisfaction were second to none. Thanks to his encouragement, we decided to stay, and we are so glad we did. Mahir is a true credit to the Kolin Hotel, ensuring that every guest feels valued and welcome. Evening Meal We enjoyed a good value and really tasty, beautifully presented pasta meal and chicken shish - in the bar restaurant area and great service at the bar by Mahut (I think) Jacuzzi & overnight Wow 🤩- we loved our luxury jacuzzi bath time it was fabulous looking over the Bosphorous at twilight. Our bed was big and comfortable and we loved the two differently sized but great quality pillows. We loved the little sign in our room indicating who was responsible for the cleanliness of our room. Breakfast Lots of choice at breakfast and we received wonderful service from a very attentive young man called Berkay.

Excellent facilities and very kind hotel staff. I requested to do reservations for Turkish bath in advance. Because the hotel reception did not respond to my request in time, there were no openings on the one evening that we were there. The manager tried his best to salvage the situation, but could do so due to the non-availability of staff. During the wonderful buffet dinner, he came to us to tell us that the dinner and wine will be on the house. We did not expect this, so it was a great gesture from his side. We appreciated it very much.

I recently stayed at the Kolin Hotel , and overall, I was satisfied with my experience. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, which I greatly appreciated. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay enjoyable. However, I did notice one drawback. The staff at the lobby bar had limited proficiency in English, which made communication a bit challenging. While this is a minor issue, I believe a hotel of this caliber should invest in training its staff to better accommodate international guests. Overall, Kolin Hotel is a great choice for those seeking quality accommodation in Çanakkale, but it could benefit from improving the English language skills of its staff in certain areas.

The hôtel is perfect for a stay in cannakale. Nice view and amazing spa, open all day until 10pm. the hotel has several restaurants and bars. we had dinner twice at the open buffet and it was totally worth it. we spent all our free time at the hotel because it had everything, spa, restaurants, bars, sport centre, terrace, rooftop and even a small shop. 100% recommended
